asked in the field of the company you&#8217;re applying to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay away from canned answers which will sound rehearsed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, avoid giving negative answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about your weaknesses, answer something that is both negative and positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has to be an adaptive weakness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you can
