not take things personally at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a colleague says something or does something to you that is really not nice, just try and find a positive perspective in the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe they\u2019re just having a bad day and what they did or said isn\u2019t about you as a person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is likely due to frustration or difficulties they are
