leave the U.S.?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayla is originally from Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She decided to become a digital nomad because she wanted to experience living in new places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, she was enticed with the lifestyle of freelancers traveling and working remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With her corporate job, she was worried she would be trapped in a 9 &#8211; 5 job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She took a leap of faith and traveled to another country and worked remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" positions were rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is now much more common, and individuals are able to work remotely while traveling the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there are still challenges that must be overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust is vital and additional effort is required to ensure productivity doesn\u2019t get questioned due to proximity bias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayla shares tips to ensure you don\u2019t break trust with your colleagues and clients if you want to try out this type of remote work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-impeccable-communication\"><strong>#1: Impeccable communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to lay a foundation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allearsenglish.com\/talk-scary-situation-english\/\">excellent communication<\/a> from the start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One example is to respond to emails as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way, your colleagues won&#8217;t feel that you are out of touch or slacking off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, form a habit of checking your communication channels often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to give feedback or a notification that you\u2019ve received a messages and you&#8217;re actioning it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps make up for the fact that you are id=\"h-2-work-proactively\"><strong>#2: Work proactively<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With this type of work setup, there will inevitably be technological issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to plan ahead and make sure you have a plan B for whatever mishap may happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re a digital nomad, you have to be ahead of your schedule or else you\u2019ll miss deadlines when something goes wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traveling exposes you to a dynamic environment so you may face internet issues or you may get sick before a deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayla recommends <a procrastination<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there are tasks you can get done in less than 25 minutes and you have the time, do them immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s easy for tasks to fall through the cracks if you let them pile up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayla plans out her week and shifts her time around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She completes work tasks as soon as she can so they don&#8217;t pile up and disrupt personal plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The life of a digital nomad is very enticing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> and if this is
