leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Scott shares that vulnerability in leadership is actually a strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We no longer are in the 1950s when leaders would bang on the tables and walls can be shared when being vulnerable as a leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Topline profit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you able to communicate that your profit is sustainable?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For your culture, is it a plaque on the wall, or are you actually living and breathing your company values?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are you doing for your community?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the three areas that you can start checking for weaknesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability to talk about these things with vulnerability will make your entire business stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being honest about these will help you identify problems id=\"h-getting-better-together\"><strong>Getting better together<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Communication is vital and can be the most difficult thing in business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is vital to have an open space in the workplace where issues can be addressed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaders and team members must all be able to speak up about these types of things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today Scott shares 3 core tips for anyone to be able to be vulnerable as a leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-share-your-north-star\"><strong>#1: Share your north star<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can start by sharing what your goal is in terms of profit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each organization should be open about where they are right now and what needs to be done to reach goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When an organization understands where they are all going together, it&#8217;s easy to align everyone and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allearsenglish.com\/aee-1694-learn-english-with-friends-the-tv-show-and-the-people\/\">pursue goals together<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to chase greatness, everyone has to contribute to that journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be an open book and share as much as you can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-live-your-culture\"><strong>#2: Live your culture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are living your culture, understand that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allearsenglish.com\/executive-coach-grant-baldwin\/\">it\u2019s not going to be perfect. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It evolves and it\u2019s progressive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not
