Successfully accomplishing minor tasks will warm you up for larger, more difficult tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Use Mini-Missions<\/strong>: Give intense focus to improving on specific areas by treating them as \u201cmissions\u201d that must be accomplished by a certain time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Increase Motivation with the Procrastination Equation<\/strong>: The Procrastination Equation is <em>Motivation = (Expectancy x Value) \/ (Impulsiveness x Delay)<\/em>.
