Today you\u2019ll learn 3 activities to understand multiple speakers for Listening Section 3.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve had a few emails and posts lately with a common theme: Listening Section 3 is the most difficult<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

This is because of two things: it has more advanced subject matter<\/strong> and more than one person speaking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Listening Sections 1 and 2 are about more general topics<\/a>, while 3 and 4 veer toward the academic<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Also, Sections 1 and 3 are multiple speakers<\/strong>, in contrast to 2 and 4 which are monologues<\/strong>, or one speaker.<\/p>\n
