relationship and the situation that you are in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you are trying to figure out what an appropriate way to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allearsenglish.com\/aee-1002-show-someone-how-theyre-affecting-you-with-these-phrases\/\">say something like \u201cI miss you\u201d<\/a> there can be many different factors involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It may be appropriate if you are in a more informal or intimate relationship.<\/p>\n<p>There may be other phrases that are a better fit too.<\/p>\n<p>It may even depend on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allearsenglish.com\/aee-958-the-coolest-ways-to-talk-about-temperature-and-personality\/\">personality<\/a> of the person saying it or having it said to them, so think this all through.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re not sure, then you may wish to go with an alternative that isn\u2019t questionable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>More Neutral Options Can Work Well<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re feeling unsure, then you may wish to go with a different option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may wish to go with something that gets your point across without making the person feel uncomfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What could our listener say
