She\u2019s still got it, and she can keep up with the young people.&nbsp;\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>In great shape (for his\/her age)<\/em>: This one is more about physical and not mental\u2013though you could say someone\u2019s mind is in great shape.\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cHe\u2019s in great shape for his age. He looks fantastic!\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>His\/her mind is sharp<\/em>: This is more about the mind, and how the person is on top of things even after all these years.\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cHer mind is sharp even though she\u2019s 90. I think it helps that she always does crossword puzzles.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>With it<\/em>: Though the person may be older, they are still very much aware, alert, and on top of things.\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cMy grandpa is so cool.
